Welcome to the Sunshine Coast! As local Realtors, we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with “generations of clients”; children who came out with their parents, maturing into fine adults who in turn have brought their own children. We’ve been here to grow with you, the residents of the Sunshine Coast, who have continually supported us throughout the years, seeing your families grow, parents becoming grandparents, and old friends returning to us again and again. Let the Twice The Experience Team personally show you why our coastal community is such a desirable location and how you too can call this paradise “home”.

Welcome to the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia! We are located just 30 kilometers north of Vancouver, yet we are a world away, with access to our area via regular scheduled ferry service, which has slowed the pace of development, allowing planned preservation of the natural beauty of our coastal communities, forests and mountains.
Many of us call the Sunshine Coast "home" and we enjoy all the advantages of small town living with no traffic jams, low crime rates, preservation of natural setting, and developing communities that fit into the landscape instead of dominating the area. At the same time, we have an urbane, highly educated population, excellent cultural ameneties and a fabulous city that we can all easily visit, but which will never encroach. It is easier to commute to downtown Vancouver from some Lower Sunshine Coast areas than many Greater Vancouver municipalities!
Recreational pursuits are second to none, especially for the outdoor enthusiasts. With over 800 kilometers of sculptured rainforest coastlands, secret waterways, island archipelagos and deep fjords, the Sunshine Coast is heavan on water for boaters. Ocean tours, kayaking, fishing and diving charters can all be enjoyed here. Visitors are surprised at the number and quality of freshwater lakes here on the Sunshine Coast. Our many Provincial Parks, Marine Parks, and day use areas all combine to make our oceanside and lakeshore places sought after locations for families to enjoy.
Put your paddle away and don your hiking boots, because there are hundreds of kilometers of marked hiking trails on the Sunshine Coast. Four back country parks; Tetrahedron, Elphinstone, Mnt. Richardson, and Spipiys, all offer rainforest hiking, with access to old growth forests and ice fields. There are also dozens of shorter, accessible trail systems that feature panoramic lookouts, waterfalls, lakes, wetlands, and a variety of marine and rainforest ecosystems. Many trails can also be skied or snowshoed in the Winter and Dakoya Ridge is a dedicated Nordic and snowshoeing facility.
How about limitless mountain biking? Check out the vatiety of trails at Sprockids Mountain Bike Park, minutes from the Landale Ferry Terminal, or the amazing Coast Gravity Park, just a further 20 minutes away in Sechelt, or ride the British Columbia "Sunshine Coast Cycling Route" (SCBR) all the way to Egmont, hop on the ferry, and continue to Powell River beyond? The Sunshine Coast Regional District, Gibsons and the District of Sechelt offer a generous array of public recreation facilities that include Recreating Centres, Swomming Pools/Aquatic Centers, Ice Arenas and more and with 4 golf courses, numerous tennis couts and loads of parks and play areas for children, there's something for everyone!
